Pre List Style Consult & Follow Up

Service Description

1 hr in person initial home walk through consultation with a detailed list of suggestions followed by a 30 min in person follow up walk through. At least one (ideally both, if applicable) home owner must be at the home at the time of the walk through.

Cancellation Policy

This service is for the homeowner to book directly with us. Agents may purchase a pre-list voucher to gift their clients, who may then redeem and book themselves. Please note that we need at least 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations. At least of the primary owners of the residence must be there to do the walk through, although we prefer both.
