Pre-List Consult: How it Works

STEP 1

Roughly 30 days prior to the listing of a homeowner's property, the homeowner will use our booking platform and book a time for us to visit their home so our skilled staff can conduct a comprehensive

walkthrough of both the interior and

exterior of their home, focusing on the aesthetic improvement opportunities.

STEP 2

Upon arrival, we will do a room by room walkthrough with the seller, providing recommendations on how to prepare the home for listing. These may include tasks such as:

decluttering, cleaning, space optimization, painting lighting improvements, and our helpful resource,

"Staged to Sell: Our Favorite Things to Elevate Every Room", a list of recommended items to spruce up almost any space in your house. We will send our feedback to the homeowner and their agent to have as a reference. 

STEP 3

Roughly 1-2 weeks prior to the seller's home being prepared for professional photography and listing, we will reach out to meet with the homeowner again and conduct a second walkthrough (in person or via Zoom) of the property and collaboratively address any final touches or minor tasks that may enhance the overall appeal and expedite the sale. The agent will receive an updated report from us after this final meeting.
