We take on the time-consuming responsibility of helping homeowners get their homes ready for sale.

When you hire us (or recommend us to your client), we engage in a thorough, one-hour walkthrough of your client's home, following a comprehensive preparatory checklist. As we explore both the interior and exterior of their property with them, our objective is to motivate the seller and help them see the immense potential in properly preparing their home for sale.

 

Whether it's a simple need for tidying up and cleaning, stylish recommendations, or the touch of expert staging magic, we provide honest advice while working within their budget. By the end of our walkthrough, our goal is to leave your client feeling energized and motivated, with a clear understanding of the value that comes from completing the tasks outlined in our checklist.

To keep your client on the right track, we offer a complimentary follow-up visit to track their progress and ensure everything is moving smoothly.

OUR PROCESS

Homeowner books an appointment

Approx. 30 days prior to list, the homeowner can redeem your voucher and book a time online that is convenient to do the walkthrough with us.

Consultant does walkthrough

When we arrive, we will use a checklist and go room by room with your client to offer helpful feedback and help them see the value of working towards these home preparation tasks.

Consultant provides detailed task list

Upon the completion of the 1 hr walkthrough, we will email the seller and you and list of tasks they will work on for the next few weeks. We also will provide them a list of suggested resources for styling

their home to help it captivate buyers interests.

Homeowner works on tasks to prepare home

Over the next few weeks, homeowners declutter, clean, paint, and style their home according to our suggestions and to the best of their ability.

Consultant schedules a follow up

1 week prior to pictures, we will follow up with the homeowner to check on their progress and offer any additional suggestions or tips to help them be ready for listing.

Consultant follows up with agent

Finally, the consultant will reconnect with you, the agent, by giving you an updated list of what the client accomplished and final items may be left to complete after our final walkthrough.
